General

Please note that for the better part of the Expedition the Scouts will be walking. This is not to say that it will be strenuous, it is more to indicate that they must ensure that they bring proper footwear (no stilettos and the like) and that their chosen bag is both practical and comfortable.

Remember: Scouts will be carrying everything they need for the Expedition. The time to learn how to pack light is upon them!

NB: Any electrical devices and valuables are brought at the Scout’s own risk. The Scouters are not responsible for loss or damage.

Kit List

Please take note of the kitlist below. With the exception of the compulsory segment please use it as a guide. You should be able to determine what you need. For example, you may want to bring a pillow or just use a rolled up jersey – some of us however are old and cannot function the next day without a proper pillow so do what suits you 🙂
